Shipping policy

Every WovenStone piece is handmade to order, so please allow time for your piece to be made before it's posted.

Making time

Most pieces are made and dispatched within 1 to 2 weeks. Pre-order pieces, like The Isla, are made and dispatched within 3 to 4 weeks. Each product page shows its timeframe.

Shipping

We post within Australia with Australia Post, in Australian dollars.

Standard: $11, free on orders of $100 or more. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Express: $15. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are Australia Post estimates and can vary, especially in busy periods like Christmas.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been posted.
